Check-In:
All the rooms/suites are available from 12:00 am.

Check-out:
We kindly ask to let us be able to provide rooms to the next guests in maximun cleaning conditions and comfort, leaving within 10:00 am.

Rooms:
The reproduced planimetries are necessary just to illustrate, they are not bindings.

Prices:
Prices are shown in Euros per person/day including IVA.

Booking:
We consider binding just bookings done with a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the sojourn.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of the booking, postponed arriving and early departure are not always well-accepted, for both sides. On those circumstances, we will be forces to keep the deposit payed in case of cancellations till 10 days before arriving date. For cancel/call out in less than 10 days before arriving date and in case of postponed arriving and/or early departure you will have to pay for all the booked sojourn.
Paying the deposit, the general terms of booking and particularly cancelling policy are considered ad understand and legally completely accepted.
